Attorney Tomeo has taken numerous courses with regard to the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, Mastering Science Seminars, Seminars on trial techniques, and many other seminars with regard to DUI Evidence and Representation.  For the past 15 years he has co-authored a well known Connecticut Practice Series Book on DUI Law published by Westlaw, a division of Thomson Publishing, one of the largest law book publishers in the world.  In addition, he is very proficient in negotiating with prosecutors and Judges as well as preparing motions to assist in your defense.

He has taken the Mastering Scientific Evidence for DUI Defense, the Advanced Trial Strategy course, and is a Member of NCDD (National College for DUI Defense). In addition to the coursework, Attorney Tomeo along with his former partner Jonathan R. Sills, Co-Author the Connecticut Practice Series Book, CONNECTICUT DUI LAW 2019 EDITION published by Thomson Reuters. Over the years, he was a police prosecutor and Special Counsel to Ohio Attorney General, William J. Brown. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the Hartford Bar Association.
